I am Head of the Wills and Inheritance Disputes team at JMW Solicitors LLP.

My practice focuses upon matters arising from disputes occurring after somebody’s death, including claims in respect of the validity of Wills, claims by those who have not been left with reasonable financial provision in a loved one’s estate and also claims arising out of trust structures. Additionally, I have also been instructed in linked professional negligence claims emerging from the above circumstances.

I have acted on behalf of executors, personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries and interested third parties both nationally and internationally. Contentious trusts and probate disputes are often emotionally charged and I focus upon easing the pressure away from clients whilst sensitively guiding them through the process.
