Amarpreet Gill Is a partner at Harbans Singh & Co Solicitors. He joined the practice in September 1993 starting out as a paralegal in the Criminal and Immigration Department. Became a Duty Solicitor Representative very early on, in his legal career. He qualified as a Solicitor in December 1997 and worked predominately in the Criminal Department and became the head of the Criminal department when he became a partner at the firm in 2000.

With his wealth of experience in the field of Criminal Law, from minor road traffic matters to the more sensitive offences of sexual assault and wounding offences to the more serious offences of Homicide (murder). A number,of his cases have received national media attention, with some making the front pages of national newspapers. Amarpreet has travelled extensively around the Globe to see witnesses and clients in the preparation of cases.

He has an eye for detail in the preparation of his cases and has been commended by Queens Counsel, many times into the detail that has been put into the preparation of cases. He is a firm believer of leaving no stone unturned when it comes to preparing a Criminal Case.
He is able to converse with clients in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
