In 1993 Grace graduated from Leicester University with a combined studies honours degree majoring in Law. She went on to continue her academic training at the College of Law in Chester before being Articled in the City of London. Grace was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1999.

Grace is a highly experienced immigration specialist with over 15 years of practise going forward. Her expertise extends to representing clients’ at the First Tier Tribunal on immigration appeals where her advocacy style has been described as assured and confident. She has developed a reputation for being meticulous in her preparation of applications, but also approachable and client focussed. Grace was the primary immigration solicitor at leading Human Rights and Civil Liberties firm Christian Khan Solicitors.

Aside from immigration law Grace has experience in Personal Injury Law and she has also held post within the public sector as a Criminal Prosecutor for the London Borough of Islington. Grace headed up the Immigration Department of Chelsea firm Dholakia Cummings-John Solicitors, where she was also instrumental in securing the firm its first Legal Aid franchise for immigration work in 2000.

Grace is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, and leads on implementing best practices, covering compliance, case management as well as business development.
