Gurpreet is a trusted advisor and has a diverse client base, from high-net-worth individuals, business partnerships developers and Property Companies. He has been advising individuals on Immigration matters, including extension applications, ILR, advising students and nationality applications, having an impressive success rate.

Gurpreet qualified as a solicitor in 1997 completing his articles with Harbans Singh & Co Solicitors and becoming partner in 2000. He is a Level 2 accredited immigration advisor and can communicate in English, Hindi and Punjabi languages.

Gurpreet has a passion for community work and serves the West Midlands as a Deputy Lieutenant, as well as being a Trustee on several boards. He is a Sandwell Business Ambassador and is keen to share opportunities, with the wider business community to promote regional growth. Gurpreet was appointed to the Blackcountry Commonwealth Steering Committee in 2020 which is considering Legacy benefits of the Commonwealth Games taking place in Birmingham next year. He also serves on the advisory Board of the Centre for Sikh and Panjab studies at Wolverhampton University.
