Richard is an experienced solicitor advocate with over 14 years’ experience within the field of criminal defence practice, spanning the complete remit of criminal law. He practised and was a partner at a prominent Legal 500 firm in London and Oxford before joining SMQ Legal to Head the Criminal Department.
He practises in both the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Military Tribunals (Court Martial). He has assisted and represented client’s in some of the most serious cases heard before the Crown Court.
