Richard is an experienced solicitor advocate with over 14 years’ experience within the field of criminal defence practice, spanning the complete remit of criminal law. He practised and was a partner at a prominent Legal 500 firm in London and Oxford before joining SMQ Legal to Head the Criminal Department.
